Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences required in a related field.
• Master’s degree (MA/MS) or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in communications, change management, or related functions required.
• Experience developing executive-level communications and leadership materials required.
• Experience supporting organizational change and large-scale communications required.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate Finance-wide communications and executive materials; ensure consistency across geographies and functions.
• Draft and organize communications, updates, strategy messaging, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support Finance transformation initiatives through change planning, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.
• Coordinate change management activities across multiple initiatives; monitor readiness and adoption indicators.
• Prepare executive communications and materials for CFO and Finance leadership including messages and town halls.
• Coordinate materials for Board meetings and Executive Committee discussions; ensure message alignment and timelines.
• Summarize Finance priorities, risks, and stakeholder needs for leadership attention.
• Support engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational health and leadership effectiveness across Global Finance.
