Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or actuarial science or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in accounting, auditing, or structured finance is required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to structure complex reinsurance transactions.
- Lead negotiations with external parties to meet financing needs and optimize legal entity structure.
- Perform month-end/quarterly/annual financial reporting for structured finance activities under US GAAP and statutory bases.
- Identify process improvements and ensure proper administration of financing transactions.
