Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA) seeks an accomplished Managing Director, Investment Structuring to lead its global investment structuring strategy. You will oversee complex transactions, coordinate with Investment Solutions, and influence capital optimization across platforms to support RGA’s financial strength and strategy.

Ideal candidates hold an MBA or finance-related degree with 10+ years of experience, or a BA/BS in Economics/Finance with 15+ years, with CFA designation

Qualifications

• MBA graduate with 10+ years relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance-related field with 15+ years relevant work experience.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) and/or CFA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the execution of the investment structuring strategy across global platforms.
• Manage structuring priorities and activities to support business objectives.
• Lead complex structuring initiatives and transactions from concept through implementation.
• Serve as a primary contact for senior stakeholders on significant structuring opportunities and challenges.
• Provide management oversight of structuring analyses, recommendations, and implementation activities.
• Partner with Investment Solutions, Portfolio Management, and asset teams to identify structuring opportunities.
• Advise cross-functional teams across Finance, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Risk, and Actuarial functions.
• Oversee evaluation of capital, accounting, regulatory, tax, liquidity, and rating agency considerations.
• Manage key relationships with advisors, counterparties, and external stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives that enhance structuring capabilities, frameworks, governance, and operating effectiveness.

Formation

MBA/finance-related degree with 10+ years

Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance with 15+ years

CFA designation (preferred)
