Mastercard seeks a Director of Executive Development to shape and lead the enterprise approach for developing nearly 1,000 SVPs and EVPs worldwide. You will set strategy and oversee onboarding, milestone experiences, skill building, coaching, and team effectiveness initiatives that drive leadership impact.

The role partners with senior executives, People Business Partners, Talent Consultants, and external experts to deliver a cohesive executive development journey.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in executive and leadership development for senior leaders in a global organization.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate enterprise priorities into programs.
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders across a matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Set and evolve the enterprise executive development strategy for ~1,000 SVPs and EVPs.
• Own end-to-end executive development portfolio across onboarding, milestones, coaching, and team effectiveness.
• Lead executive onboarding programs for new and transitioning SVPs/EVPs, with 90-day guidance and coaching.
• Continue to strengthen Voyager, the flagship EVP development experience, with immersive learning and coaching.
• Design distinctive development experiences including celebrations and enterprise-relevant skill building.
• Partner with executives and HR teams to ensure timely, tailored development across the business.
• Oversee coaching, assessments, and team effectiveness offerings; manage budgets and external partners.
