Job summary

Mastercard in New York seeks a Director of Enterprise Strategy to partner with the Chief Product Officer and senior leaders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services and payments industry.
• 6+ years at a leading consulting firm or internal strategy team; at least 1 year leading projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen.
• Quantitative toolkit including modelling and analytics frameworks.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for executive outputs.
• Ability to lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives end-to-end with stakeholder management.
• Experience with fintech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority strategic projects; frame issues, build plans, analyze data, and shape insights.
• Develop strategy presentations and memos for C-suite and Board.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape; share insights with executives.
• Refine core product strategy to reflect material trends.
• Assess organic and inorganic opportunities aligned with priorities.
• Partner with business leaders to design and advance strategies; align with corporate strategy.
