Job summary

Mattel, Inc. seeks a Director, Global Client Services to lead the Global Digital Workplace Experience, unifying end-user computing, AV, and enterprise software across a hybrid, global delivery model.

You will partner with executives, drive analytics and automation, and elevate employee experiences through proactive service design, incident management, and strategic relationships with Facilities, Cybersecurity, and business units.

Qualifications

• Experience at director or senior leadership level with enterprise technology
• Strong understanding of end-user computing, ITSM, and enterprise collaboration
• Ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams and drive cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Digital Workplace Experience strategy with roadmaps, standards, governance, and measurable outcomes
• Lead global teams responsible for endpoint management, digital employee experience, corporate software adoption, ITSM, executive technology support, and AV services
• Drive the transformation to a proactive, engineering-led organization using analytics, telemetry, automation, and AI to improve employee productivity and satisfaction
• Provide leadership for Windows, macOS, and mobile endpoint lifecycle, provisioning, deployment, patching, compliance, and device management
