Job summary

Lime is hiring a Director, Global Compensation to lead design, governance, analytics, and operations of global pay programs. You will manage the Compensation Team and partner with People, Finance, Legal, Payroll, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition.

You will drive executive compensation support, annual cycles, and systems, while ensuring pay equity, transparency, and regulatory readiness in a fast-growing, remote-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience with leadership responsibility
• Experience in high-growth tech/mobility/marketplace or global company; public-company exposure preferred
• Strong analytics, financial modeling, and reporting skills
• Experience managing analysts or compensation professionals while hands-on as an SME
• Experience with compensation systems, budgeting, and annual cycles

Responsibilities

• Lead global compensation design, governance, analytics, operations, and improvements
• Manage and develop the Compensation team with clear roles and high performance
• Translate Total Rewards philosophy into policies, programs, and communications
• Build analytics/reporting capability with scenario modeling for workforce planning
• Oversee compensation operations and systems including Workday configuration and data governance
• Support executive compensation and Compensation Committee materials
• Advise HRBPs and leaders on pay philosophy, offers, and strategy
• Lead Pay Equity, transparency, and regulatory readiness
