Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director, Finance Business Partner to lead strategic financial partnering for Global Commercial. You will embed financial insight into function-level strategy, shaping priorities and resource deployment within a cross-matrixed organization.

This senior role manages planning, forecasting, and performance, builds senior relationships, and ensures governance and disciplined decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant or MBA.
• Typically, 12+ years' progressive finance experience, including senior business partnering roles.
• Strong life sciences business understanding (e.g., R&D, Tech Ops, Commercial, or regulated environments).
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders with confidence and credibility.

Aufgaben

• Lead Finance adviser to Function Heads and senior leadership teams.
• Embed Finance into function-level strategic and operational decision-making through insight, challenge, and recommendation.
• Provide financial leadership for a global function with responsibility for a budget of $X across multiple regions/business units.
• Own the financial planning, forecasting, and performance outcomes for the function, ensuring delivery against financial targets and alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Build strong senior-level relationships to influence priorities and outcomes within the function.
• Represent Finance perspectives within the function and promote alignment with broader enterprise objectives.
