Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. seeks a Director of Global Benefits to lead strategy, design, and execution of benefits programs across all regions, aligning offerings with culture and compliance.

You will partner with People teams, Legal, Finance, and vendors to deliver cost-effective health, retirement, and wellbeing solutions at scale. You'll manage global benefits budgets, oversee vendor relationships, and drive open enrollment while expanding frameworks for new markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of leadership in global benefits, total rewards, or HR in high-growth/public companies.
• Deep expertise in U.S. benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA) and multi-country programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global benefits strategy and long-term roadmap for health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing.
• Direct vendor, broker, and consultant relationships; manage RFPs, contracts, renewals, and performance.
• Partner with Finance to manage budgets, forecast expenditures, and analyze utilization trends.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA/ACA/COBRA/HIPAA and international standards.
• Oversee annual open enrollment, plan design changes, and communications.
• Design localized frameworks for new regions as Procore expands.
• Mentor a high-performing benefits team and act as escalation point for complex inquiries.
• Collaborate with People Partners on sensitive employee matters.
