Okta in the San Francisco Bay Area is hiring a Director, Global Benefits to architect and lead our global health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs. You will steer a high-performing team and collaborate with Finance, HR, and Legal to align benefits with our growth and culture.

You’ll use data-driven insights and market benchmarks to design scalable Global Benefits, oversee open enrollment and vendor relationships, and ensure compliance across regions while maintaining an exceptional

Qualifications

10+ years in HR/Total Rewards with global benefits leadership.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage global vendor relationships.
Strong financial acumen and experience with benefits cost modeling.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year global benefits roadmap across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
Partner with HR leadership, Executives, and Finance on trends and cost strategies.
Oversee annual open enrollment, system integrations (Workday), and admin operations.
Lead 401(k) governance and fiduciary risk management.
Drive KPI tracking, employee engagement, and ROI for programs.
