Job summary

Bradsby Group is seeking a Director for Generation Project Development & Execution in El Paso, TX. This senior role leads the development and delivery of major natural gas-fired power projects from early planning through COD, coordinating engineering, permitting, EPC, construction, and commissioning with internal stakeholders and external contractors.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience developing and executing large-scale power generation or industrial capital projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience with natural gas/fossil-fueled power plant development and construction.
Experience taking projects through siting, permitting, engineering, EPC procurement, construction, commissioning, and COD.
Strong leadership and communication, with stakeholder management and risk acumen.

Responsibilities

Lead gas generation projects from development through commercial operation.
Direct major capital projects involving natural gas-fired plants and infrastructure.
Develop project scope, budgets, estimates, schedules, and risk plans.
Oversee EPC contracts and equipment/vendor agreements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, regulatory, and operations.
Provide executive-level reporting and status updates.
Lead commissioning, startup, testing, and transition to operations.
