Job summary

Bradsby Group is seeking a Director to lead the development and execution of major natural gas-fired power generation projects in El Paso, TX. You will oversee cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, construction, regulatory, and operations to deliver projects from development to commercial operation.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in large-scale power generation or related capital projects, with strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing and executing large-scale power generation or major industrial capital projects.
• Experience taking projects from development through siting, permitting, engineering, EPC procurement, construction, commissioning, and COD.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead gas generation projects from development through commercial operation, including siting, permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.
• Direct major capital projects involving natural gas-fired power plants and associated generation infrastructure.
• Lead development of project scope, budgets, estimates, schedules, execution strategies, and risk plans.
