This remote role drives operational and commercial performance across a large beverage portfolio and partners with regional teams, customers, and channel stakeholders to translate strategy into strong territory execution and measurable business outcomes.

The Director will help shape performance routines, identify gaps, and recommend actions to improve results, with a focus on frontline learning and in-market

Qualifications

• 7+ years in CPG sales, key account management, franchise management, or operations.
• Proven track record of translating strategies into territory plans and improving business results.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment with experience in P&L management.
• Deep understanding of channel marketing and competitive analysis.
• Ability to influence without direct authority across teams and partners.
• Commitment to in-market presence for frontline learning.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Franchise Operations - United Central to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space.

This role will drive operational and commercial performance across a large beverage portfolio in the Central Region. The Director will partner closely with regional teams, customers, and channel stakeholders to translate strategy into strong territory execution and measurable business outcomes. The position will also help shape performance routines, identify gaps, and recommend actions that improve results across the region.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $145,000 - $169,000 annually
