This remote role focuses on translating enterprise strategy into actionable plans, aligning execution standards, and ensuring field readiness before deployment.

You will build governance, performance systems, and organizational capability for sustainable commercial excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in business-related fields.
• 10-12+ years of experience in commercial strategy, franchise leadership, or customer management.
• Proven ability to lead commercial strategy in complex organizations and establish governance.
• Experience translating enterprise strategy into actionable commercial plans.
• Strong understanding of system economics and business performance management.
• Ability to leverage data and insights for performance diagnostics and interventions.
• Demonstrated success in leading transformation and integrating capabilities across teams.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Franchise Commercial Execution to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space.

This leader will own the design and execution of a future-ready commercial operating model that strengthens marketplace performance across a broad beverage portfolio. The role will translate enterprise strategy into actionable plans, align execution standards across teams, and help ensure field readiness before deployment. It will also build governance, performance management, and organizational capability to support sustainable commercial excellence.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $198,000 – $230,000 annually
