Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Proven track record of achieving strategic objectives (topline, share, volume).
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Franchise Operations - North (SSD & AH) to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space.

This role will lead franchise operations across an assigned geography, serving as the main point of contact for key bottler leadership and internal stakeholders. The position is focused on translating strategic priorities into disciplined execution, strengthening system capabilities, and driving performance against business goals. It is well suited for a transformation-oriented leader who can balance long-term planning with day-to-day market execution in a complex franchise environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $145,000 – $169,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and representative for the assigned geography with bottler leadership.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver the Annual Business Plan (ABP).

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving strategic objectives related to topline, share, and volume.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
