Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in Consumer Packaged Goods, franchise leadership, sales, operations, or general management.
• Proven success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Experience driving P&L performance and growth.

• Background in sales, operations, marketing, and strategic planning.
• Track record of leading high-visibility markets or critical initiatives.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Franchise Operations - AH to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space.

This role will guide franchise operations across a high-visibility market, bringing together internal stakeholders and external partners around growth priorities and disciplined execution. The leader in this position will serve as a trusted advisor to bottling leadership, translating national strategy into local market results and strengthening overall system performance. Success will come from building strong relationships, identifying execution gaps, and driving improvements in sales, merchandising, and customer activation. This is a highly collaborative role suited to an operations leader who can influence across a complex market environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $145,000 – $169,000 annually
