Neighborly is seeking a Director of Business Operations for the Real Property Management team in Irving, TX. You will serve as a strategic partner, helping franchisees grow by aligning software, maintenance, and programs with brand standards.

Youeel empowered to drive impactful initiatives, collaborate across teams, and lead initiatives that strengthen franchise relationships and operational excellence. Travel 10–25% and a competitive pay package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, finance, property management preferred.
• EOS certification preferred.
• 5+ years related experience as a business coach, small business owner, property management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Trusted Advisor – primary contact for Franchise Business Owners; provide software and maintenance support.
• Active Engagement – strengthen relationships to enhance franchisee experience and asset maintenance.
• Brand Ambassador – plan and manage programs to advance Real Property Managementocus and brand standards.
• Enable Others to Achieve Their Dreams – support franchise ownership growth within the system.
