Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or property management preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience as a business coach, small business owner, property management professional, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Franchise Business Owners, providing timely software, system, and maintenance support.
• Champion Real Property Management’s systems and processes to support franchisee growth and align them with brand standards.
• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for overall organization performance and individual franchise locations.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to enhance the franchisee experience and preserve managed properties.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage brand‑ambassador programs and initiatives to strengthen Real Property Management’s market position.
• Support franchisees in achieving their business goals by guiding resource use, training, and best‑practice implementation.
