Job summary

Menarini Stemline seeks a Director of Financial Planning – US Commercial to partner with the US Oncology business unit. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for commercial teams, analyze performance metrics, and guide resource allocation aligned with corporate priorities.

You will collaborate with commercial leaders, leverage SAP S4 and Tagetik, and present insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is required.
• 7–10 years in a Financial Planning & Analysis function.
• Strong customer focus and willingness to address issues outside normal hours.
• Superior communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint or Google Sheets/Slides.
• Familiarity with SAP S4 and CCH Tagetik is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning activities including annual budget, reforecasts and strategic plan with emphasis on US Commercial.
• Quantify financial risks and opportunities against budget.
• Bridge demand forecasts into gross-to-net sales budget and reforecasts.
• Report on key metrics for performance and forecasting accuracy.
• Track operating expenses and ensure proper allocation to product and cost centers.
• Ensure compliance with Menarini financial reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with sales operations and leadership to measure incentive impact vs budget.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses to senior finance and management.
