Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Director of FP&A - Planning, Governance & Modernization to lead enterprise planning, establish governance standards, and drive modernization as an internal PMO. The role requires coordinating across FP&A Centers of Excellence, Accounting, and business partners without direct line authority, with a location preference in major U.S.

cities. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in finance, big-4 exposure, and proven ability to deliver complex, high-visibility advisory

Qualifications

• Experience leading FP&A transformation initiatives and operating model redesign.
• Ability to design governance structures, KPI certification, and data stewardship.
• Strong, executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record coordinating multi-workstream programs with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end annual budget and rolling forecast processes across functions.
• Design and maintain enterprise planning playbooks, governance, and cadence.
• Lead FP&A governance forums with partnerships across Accounting and Data & Analytics.
• Act as internal PMO for FP&A modernization, manage scoping, milestones, and risks.
• Translate advisory outputs into executable internal roadmaps and roadmaps linked to IPO readiness.
