Job summary

Acrisure seeks a Director of FP&A – Planning, Governance & Modernization in the Boston area to lead end-to-end planning, establish governance standards, and drive modernization for a public-company scale finance function.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will coordinate across Centers of Excellence, Accounting, and business partners, influence without direct authority, and partner with external consultants to translate advisory work into durable internal capabilities, with on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A transformation or modernization.
• Experience in multi-entity, public-company or high-growth environments.
• Strong executive communication and vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end budgeting and rolling forecast processes with cross-functional coordination.
• Design and maintain FP&A governance standards and KPI definitions.
• Own FP&A modernization PMO with scope, milestones, and risk management.
• Partner with Accounting, Data & Analytics, and business partners to ensure data integrity.
