Job summary

Volumetric Building Companies is seeking a Director of FP&A to own budgeting, forecasting, and corporate reporting for a fast-growing construction leader headquartered in Philadelphia. This hands-on leadership role combines model-building with team development and executive-level partnership.

Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will shape planning architecture, align operations with financial targets, and drive one version of the truth across multi-site manufacturing and projects,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or construction sector experience strongly preferred; multi-site experience required.
• Experience in private-equity-backed or sponsor-reporting environments with board-grade reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for ongoing operations.
• Deliver credible targets and manage variances with actionable insights.
• Own corporate reporting for Board, CEO/CFO packages, and ELT; ensure a single version of truth.
