Job summary

LHH is seeking a dynamic FP&A leader in Philadelphia to build the Financial Planning & Analysis function. This role, reporting to the CFO, requires 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A and experience in consumer products.

The successful candidate will develop processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to support business growth and prepare strategic insights for board meetings. Strong communication skills and a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A.
• Strong technical knowledge of revenue recognition.
• Experience in food/beverage is a big plus.

Responsibilities
