GardaWorld Security seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across its U.S. operations. This role partners with executives to drive actionable insights, improve margins, and support strategic initiatives.

The incumbent will oversee scalable reporting, automation, and analytics, advancing finance capabilities and governance in a large service-driven organization. In-office role in St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, corporate finance, business analytics, or related experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing finance teams and business partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple business units.
• Develop and maintain driver-based financial models for revenue forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Provide actionable financial recommendations to improve revenue growth, margins, and cash flow.
• Partner with operations to evaluate pricing, profitability, labor utilization, and contract performance.
• Lead scenario planning and risk analyses; support M&A and strategic initiatives with detailed financial analysis.
