Job summary

GardaWorld in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis across U.S. operations.

You will partner with finance and operational leaders to deliver timely reporting, insightful analysis, and decision support that drives revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, business analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting applications preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial audiences.
• Experience with data analytics tools and AI-enabled reporting solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare and maintain financial models for revenue, labor, overhead, and profitability analysis.
• Analyze actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior-year performance.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers affecting financial performance.
• Assist with scenario analysis and ad hoc financial modeling to support strategic decisions.
• Provide analytical support for pricing reviews, customer profitability, and operational initiatives.
• Prepare recurring financial and operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Assist in monthly business reviews and management presentations.
• Partner with operations, HR, payroll, and accounting teams to collect and validate data.
• Translate complex financial information into clear recommendations for business leaders.
• Work closely with FP&A leadership and cross-functional teams on special projects.
• Support acquisition integration, business case analysis, and operational initiatives as needed.
• Continuously develop financial, business, and analytical knowledge.
