Job summary

GardaWorld Federal Services is seeking a Director of Pricing & Business Analysis to drive pricing strategy, build competitive models, and work with Finance to estimate forward pricing rates for government proposals. The role supports the Business Development and Solutions teams, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and audit-ready cost data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting or similar discipline.
• 10+ years of pricing/finance experience in government contracting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for complex models.
• Familiarity with Government Cost Accounting Principles (CAS) and the FAR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of price/cost models and volume documents.
• Participate in pricing reviews with Executive Management.
• Analyze inputs from BD and Technical Solutions to support competitive proposals.
• Develop pricing strategies aligned with customer requirements and proposal goals.
• Gather information for competitive analysis to develop price-to-win strategies.
• Prepare timely, accurate, and compliant pricing models.
• Coordinate with Contracts and Procurement for quotes and cost data.
• Provide direction to subcontractors involved in proposal preparation.
