Job summary

Warner Music Group’s FP&A team seeks a senior finance professional to lead monthly and quarterly reporting, analyze variances, and drive strategic insights for executive leadership. You will coordinate with global finance leads and report to the VP, Financial Reporting & Analysis.

You will mentor two direct reports, partner with Investor Relations, External Reporting, and senior leadership, and shape decisions with actionable financial analysis across divisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years professional accounting and financial analysis experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
• Large multinational experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly reporting cycles for actual and forecast results.
• Coordinate with segment finance leads for accurate reporting.
• Prepare summaries of monthly actual and forecast results and variances.
• Model Adjusted EBITDA across scenarios.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations and External Reporting for earnings communications.
• Manage KPI reporting and cost analysis.
• Support MD&A and earnings process.
