Warner Music Group is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Corporate Finance Department. You will own day‑to‑day budgeting, forecasting, reporting and accounting activities for Corporate functions, partnering with leaders to understand performance and drive informed decisions.

This hands‑on role offers broad exposure to the financial operations of a global music company, collaboration with finance and non‑finance stakeholders, and opportunities to automate processes and improve controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Controllership, or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate financial data to business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close activities for Corporate functions, including accruals and intercompany journal entries.
• Prepare month-end reporting packs and forecast materials with variance analysis.
• Support annual budget, monthly forecasting and long-range planning with financial models.
• Partner with function leaders to understand performance, risks, and opportunities; maintain accurate forecasts.
• Provide financial oversight of spend, vendor setup, PO tracking and project cash outflows.
• Automate processes and strengthen controls across recurring reporting.
