Job summary

Warner Music Group seeks a Director of FP&A to lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and strategic planning across divisions. You will partner with senior leadership to translate performance into actionable insights and drive cross-functional initiatives.

As a proactive leader, you will manage two direct reports, mentor the team, and collaborate with Investor Relations and External Reporting to support earnings communications and KPI development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years professional experience in accounting and financial analysis.
• CPA preferred.
• Large multi-national experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of financial systems and software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance / Economics

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles for senior management.
• Oversee variance analysis and deliver actionable insights for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with VP, Financial Reporting & Analysis and executive leadership.
• Manage KPI reporting and cost analysis across divisions.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations and External Reporting for earnings materials.
• Mentor and develop two direct reports and cross-functional partners.
