Morgan Stanley is seeking a Director in Finance to support the WM Controllership and lead the forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the WM Marketing group. The role collaborates across Finance and the Analytics/Data Insights teams to track performance, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure strong P&L and balance sheet controls.

The candidate will partner with business leads in Media, Brand, and Client Engagement, oversee month-end close, and provide ad hoc insights while upholding firm

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 4+ years in financial services.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
• Strong Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze variances and provide actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for WM Marketing.
• Analyze monthly results and key metrics, identify drivers and variances, and deliver insights and recommendations to management.
• Produce presentations to review financials/key metrics for each business group; researching variances, drivers, provide insight and recommendations.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes, including expense reviews and journal entry support.
• Support weekly financial estimate updates and tracking toward goals.
