The Corporate Finance Department at WMG oversees the Company’s financial operations in partnership with WMG’s labels, business units and corporate functions. The team is responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, accounting oversight and financial compliance across the Company.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Finance, the Senior Analyst will play a hands‑on role in the management of centrally managed Corporate functions and Recorded Music functional areas. You will take ownership of key day‑to‑day budgeting, forecasting, reporting and accounting activities for Corporate functions. Acting as a key finance partner, you will help department leaders understand their financial performance, lead their budgets and make informed business decisions. This is a hands‑on role offering broad exposure to the financial operation of a global music company, regular interaction with finance and non‑finance stakeholders, and the opportunity to develop within a collaborative, high‑performing team.
You have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Controllership, or a related financial rigor. You have experience working with complex financial models, large data sets and multiple business or functional stakeholders. You possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and can translate complex financial information into clear business insights. You can work independently, take ownership of assignments and collaborate effectively as part of a broader team. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain financial information clearly to non‑finance leaders and global stakeholders. You can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment. You demonstrate strong attention to detail, accountability and follow‑through on open items and assignments.

#LI‑Onsite Salary Range: $100,000 to $112,000 Annually Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. We value in‑office collaboration, which is essential for talent development and strong working relationships.
