Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Finance/Accounting, with 10+ years in FP&A and 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field is required.
• MBA or professional certification (CFA or CPA) is preferred.
• Experience with M&A due diligence and financial modeling.
• Experience in a multi-national company and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes with calendar and deliverables.
• Develop end-to-end capital expenditure processes and ROI metrics.
• Collaborate with Treasury on cash forecasting and funding to optimize capital costs.
• Provide leadership to scale finance operations and drive cost efficiency.
• Lead corporate overhead budgeting with executives and zero-based budgeting where used.
• Partner with sales, marketing, IT, HR, strategy and legal for strategic decision support.
• Support internal/external reporting including KPI definitions and messaging.
• Oversee Workday Adaptive data model and ensure month-end accuracy and EBITDA adjustments.
