Veristat, LLC is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead a global finance team and partner with business leaders across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. You will drive forecasting, financial systems optimization, and actionable insights to accelerate margin growth and top‑line performance.

The role demands collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into operational actions that improve profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10 years of progressive finance experience with strong analytical, leadership and partnering track record; minimum 5 years in management.
• Clinical background and related experience preferred.
• Ability to influence, motivate others and lead change across a matrix organization.
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, written, and interpersonal skills.
