Job summary

Veristat seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead a finance team across Americas, Europe, and Asia. You will drive forecasting processes, partner with business leaders, and transform financial reporting to improve margin and growth. The role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and strategic advisory across cultures.

The position offers a competitive $140K–$160K base with bonus potential, flexible work options, and a focus on accelerating profitable growth for Veristat’s global portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent required.
• Advanced degree (MBA or CPA) preferred.
• 7 years of progressive finance experience with strong analytical, leadership and partnering track record required, with a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Clinical background and related experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and current financial and accounting computer applications required; prior FinancialForce experience a plus.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management software (e.g. Adaptive Planning) and WorkDay or NetSuite preferred.
