Job summary

LucyRx is seeking a Director, FP&A to lead consolidation across acquired entities, drive EBITDA adjustments, and oversee lender reporting for PE-backed growth. You will own the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and cross-functional partnering to manage expenses and drive performance.

The role combines executive communication with hands-on financial modeling and system optimization, including Vena, to standardize processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience, including 3+ years managing direct reports.
• Hands-on experience consolidating financials across multiple entities, including multi-entity monthly close
• Working knowledge of EBITDA adjustments, debt covenants, and lender reporting
• Advanced financial modeling skills; expert Excel & PowerPoint
• Experience with modern FP&A/CPM platforms (Vena, Adaptive, Anaplan, OneStream, Planful)
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, PE-backed, acquisitive environment

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly consolidation of financial statements across all acquired entities.
• Oversee monthly close integration and intercompany mappings; integrate budget/forecasting.
• Own annual budget and rolling forecast for a multi-entity P&L.
• Drive Vena implementation and optimization for consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting.
• Provide board-facing insights with variance analysis and KPI trends.
• Manage and develop a team of financial analysts; mentor junior staff.
• Partner with leaders to manage expenses and explain variances.
