Job summary

LucyRx Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead the consolidation of financial results across entities, drive EBITDA adjustments, and deliver monthly reporting to the ELT and Board.

You will own the annual budget and rolling forecasts for a multi-entity P&L, while partnering with leaders to manage expenses and support post-acquisition integration. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, PE-backed growth, and maximizing Vena to automate consolidation, reporting, budgeting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including 3+ years managing direct reports.
• Hands-on experience consolidating financials across multiple entities.
• Working knowledge of EBITDA adjustments, debt covenants, and lender reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient with FP&A tools.
• Experience with FP&A/CPM platforms like Vena, Adaptive, Anaplan, OneStream, Planful.
• Strong communication skills to present to ELT and Board.
• Ability to work in fast-paced PE-backed environment.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly financial results across entities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage monthly close and intercompany reporting for new acquisitions.
• Lead annual budget and rolling forecast processes for multi-entity P&L.
• Drive deployment and optimization of Vena across FP&A functions.
• Prepare lender packages and EBITDA adjustments for covenants and reporting.
• Develop and mentor FP&A team; support ad hoc strategic analyses.
