Job summary
Atria Health Institute is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead Foundations—the Platform, DevOps, and Data Engineering teams. You will own the technical strategy, roadmap, and reliability for shared services, data pipelines, and cloud infra that power products for members and clinicians.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering with leadership experience.
- Proven track record leading multi-team platform, infra, or data initiatives.
- Strong systems-design background spanning backend, security/compliance, and cost optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own health, direction, and output of the Foundations group (Platform, DevOps, Data Eng).
- Maintain end-to-end accountability for complex multi-team projects from concept to deployment.
- Own reliability, security, and operational health of platform and data infra, including SLOs and incident response.
- Drive initiatives from definition through delivery with clear outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Data & Analytics, security, and executives to deliver scalable solutions.
