Job summary

Atria Health Institute is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for our Foundations team, working across Platform, DevOps, and Data Engineering. This senior IC will lead the technical direction of our platform, with emphasis on EMR integrations (Athena), systems infrastructure, caching, and internal tooling to support Clinical Experience, Member Experience, and Care Delivery.

You'll partner with engineers and clinical leaders to turn ambiguous problems into clear technical strategies, own end-to-end

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including senior/staff IC roles.
• Experience shipping multi-team projects in modern web stacks.
• Experience collaborating with product and design on user-facing features.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture decisions for integration patterns, caching infrastructure, and shared services.
• Define APIs, data models, and integration patterns for clinical and member experiences.
• Own end-to-end delivery for complex multi-team initiatives.
