Job summary

Aircall, a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform, seeks a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to own and build AI Agent solutions for the North American region. You will personally configure and deploy agent solutions for strategic accounts while coaching the regional FDE team and shaping regional playbooks.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and GTM teams to drive adoption, forecast, and pipeline while translating field feedback into roadmap input for rapid AI

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or similar.
• Experience building and shipping integrations or agent solutions.
• Comfort with APIs, integrations, and at least one programming language.
• Ability to engage VP/C-suite stakeholders with credibility.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the region's AIVA number with regional GM and drive pipeline and revenue targets.
• Personally configure, build, and deploy AI Agent solutions for strategic accounts.
• Coach regional FDE team and develop playbooks and frameworks.
• Evolve global playbooks, reference architectures, and deployment frameworks.
• Lead regional go-to-market motion and ensure KPI input/output.
• Run enablement sessions and collaborate with Enablement teams.
• Represent field reality to Product/Engineering for roadmap input.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to grow agentic adoption region-wide.
