Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Director, Forensics to lead the forensic data analytics practice, drive client engagements, and develop opportunities across complex investigations and compliance matters.

You will oversee analytics design, project delivery, and team development, while collaborating with senior leadership to create new service offerings and innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; focus in Accounting, Analytics, CS, Statistics, or IS preferred.
• Ten+ years of client-facing consulting experience with data analytics in disputes, investigations, or forensics is required.
• Five+ years of experience leading teams and managing engagements to meet client objectives.
• Experience maintaining client relationships and driving new business opportunities is required.
• Experience in Forensic Analytics, Compliance Analytics, AI, Fraud Analytics, Data Visualization, Data Automation, or Data Warehousing is required.
• Prior financial/statistical analysis, business valuation, or forensic technology experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide forensic analytics services to clients, regulators, and outside counsel.
• Lead assignments in fraud, AML, FCPA, disputes and other matters.
• Serve as industry expert and advisor on technology and analytics for legal matters.
• Develop relationships to generate new business opportunities and grow the practice.
• Manage multiple assignments with on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and senior leadership on strategy and innovation.
