You will mentor professionals, expand client relationships, and help scale the practice's operations while delivering clear financial analyses and expert witness testimony as needed. A strong leader with 10+ years of forensic experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and CPA/CFF/CFE preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of forensic/audit experience including expert witness testimony.
• Advanced forensic accounting, damages, and litigation support experience in a professional services firm.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, lead teams, and develop opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; travel less than 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensic accounting, economic damages, and litigation engagements from strategy to delivery.
• Review discovery requests, analyses, damages calculations, and related documents.
• Develop approaches to calculate or refute damages in litigation matters.
• Manage multiple client relationships, communicating results clearly and timely.
• Drive practice growth and scale the team’s operating model as demand grows.
• Mentor professionals and support career development.
