Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks a Forensic Technology Manager to lead digital forensics, data analytics, and eDiscovery matters across client engagements. You will manage project workstreams, craft actionable work plans, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to drive defensible, actionable findings.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee complex investigations, and communicate technical insights clearly to diverse audiences while supporting expert reports and testimony as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five or more years of digital forensics, forensic technology, eDiscovery, or incident response experience required.
• Experience preparing reports, affidavits, declarations, or other defensible documentation of findings required.
• Experience coordinating complex investigative or eDiscovery matters involving multiple data sources, stakeholders, or jurisdictions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains awareness of digital forensics, eDiscovery, and technology trends.
• Provides guidance and informal mentorship to junior team members.
• Manages multiple forensic technology and eDiscovery matters across an assigned client portfolio.
• Develops and manages project plans, timelines, and workflows in coordination with clients and team members.
• Explains technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
