Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager to lead and expand the Forensic Data Analytics & Technology capability within FIDS. You will oversee engagements involving forensic investigations, fraud examinations, regulatory matters, eDiscovery, and large-scale data analytics.

You will guide teams in deploying AI-enabled analytics, workflow automation, and advanced data engineering to enhance investigative workflows and service offerings, while collaborating with legal and compliance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, data analytics or related field.
• 5+ years in forensic accounting, investigations, eDiscovery, or related consulting services.
• Professional credentials such as CPA, CFE, CFF, CIRA, CEDS, EnCE, GCFA or similar.
• Experience managing project teams and client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensic accounting, investigative, regulatory, and litigation support engagements.
• Direct teams on data-driven investigations of fraud, misconduct, and compliance matters.
• Develop and oversee large-scale data analytics programs from multiple data sources.
• Design analytics to identify anomalies, relationships, trends, and fraud indicators.
• Support expert witness and litigation through data modeling and evidence evaluation.
