Job summary

Mindsprint Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Director of Food & Agri. Business Transformation to lead senior client engagements in the Food & Agribusiness sector, driving strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives with strong executive presence.

The role requires extensive consulting experience, revenue-generation accountability, and the ability to shape client relationships at the executive level. Travel flexibility and leadership of multi-workstream projects are expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of total professional experience in Food & Agribusiness consulting or senior industry roles.
• Experience with leading consulting engagements and client-facing leadership.
• Strong revenue generation, business development, and P&L ownership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing lead on complex, multi-workstream engagements.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
• Own engagement delivery—scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes—end-to-end.
• Drive new business origination, proposals, and deal closure; contribute to revenue targets.
• Lead strategy, operations, M&A, and transformation initiatives across the Food & Agri value chain.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice-building initiatives.
