Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead footprint optimization and integration projects across the organization. You will plan requirements with internal customers and shepherd projects through the full lifecycle, including schedules, budgets, risks, and executive communication.

Responsibilities include cross-functional scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment – operations, engineering, supply chain, or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience and success in managing projects.
• Travel up to 35%.
• Strategic and creative thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Maintain agility and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
• Well organized with exceptional written, verbal and formal presentation skills.
• Must possess team, organizational effectiveness skills, and financial/strategic acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program schedules, expense and capital budgeting, and resource forecasting.
• Identify and manage risks, making judgments about quality and pacing the program.
• Lead scope definition and timely execution of key program decisions.
• Deliver the program on time via allocation of time, budget, and resources.
• Lead the improvement of processes and tools.
• Drive accountability to schedules and budget by maintaining scorecards and reviews.
• Capture learnings and apply to new projects and process improvements.
