Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead footprint optimization and integration projects across the business. You will plan requirements with internal customers and guide projects through the full lifecycle, including schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, including senior leadership.

You will provide program management support for strategic operations and distribution initiatives across multiple business groups and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or distribution environments—operations, engineering, supply chain, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience and success in managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program schedules, expense and capital budgeting, and resource forecasting.
• Identify and manage risks, ensuring quality and adjusting the program as needed.
• Define scope and ensure timely execution of key decisions and changes.
• Deliver the program on time by allocating time, budget, and resources.
• Drive improvements of processes and tools and maintain program reviews.
