You will plan requirements, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and communicate goals to stakeholders across multiple water‑related groups and locations.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, budgeting, forecasting, ensuring cross‑functional alignment, driving Lean/Agile practices, and delivering on time while enabling

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, cross‑functional product development or business initiative programs.
• 1+ years of results‑oriented program leadership in an industrial environment.
• University bachelor’s degree; advanced degree a plus.
• Travel up to 20%.
• Lean and/or Agile methods knowledge; ability to drive Lean in non‑operational functions.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex program schedules, budgets, and resource forecasting.
• Ensure cross‑functional schedule integration and deliverables.
• Identify and manage risks; make quality/timing judgments.
• Define program scope and execute key decisions.
• Manage program changes after decisions.
• Deliver programs on time with allocated time, budget, and manpower.
• Improve New Product Development processes and tools.
• Drive accountability with scorecards and program reviews.
• Capture learnings and apply to future projects.
