Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects across Flow Systems product lines. You will plan requirements with internal customers and shepherd programs through lifecycle, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

You will provide program management to product development and business breakthrough initiatives in diverse water-related geographies, driving collaboration and delivery at pace.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
• 1+ year in program leadership in industrial marketing or product management.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree a plus.
• Travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex program schedules, expenses and capital budgeting, with cross-functional integration.
• Identify and manage risks; decide when to accelerate or halt programs.
• Define program scope and manage changes and decisions.
• Deliver the program on time by allocating time, budget and manpower.
• Improve New Product Development processes and tools.
• Drive accountability to schedules and budgets by maintaining schedules and scorecards.
• Capture learnings from NPD and strategic initiatives and apply to new projects.
