Job summary

You will drive NFPA-compliant designs, manage coordination with field teams, and ensure efficient project execution. The role emphasizes leadership, client communication, and rigorous adherence to quality standards, with a focus on scalable, prefabrication-minded delivery and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fire sprinkler design and/or project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and project management software.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and code compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead fire sprinkler design and engineering efforts for complex systems.
• Own projects from turnover through closeout and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, architectural teams and AHJ.
• Manage budgets, change orders, and field coordination to maintain quality.
