Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal’s Global Transaction Advisory Group seeks a Director to lead buy‑side/sell‑side financial due diligence efforts across industries, including manufacturing, healthcare and technology in Dallas and other major markets. You will mentor teams, manage complex engagements, and deliver comprehensive due diligence reports for private equity and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of financial accounting due diligence experience at a top firm.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and/or related major.
• CPA or in the process of obtaining one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Associates, Senior Associates and Managers.
• Direct client and lender conversations and oversee deal aspects.
• Manage multiple projects with varying size and complexity.
• Lead Quality of Earnings, P&L and working capital analyses.
• Develop and propose engagement solutions and manage risks.
